2 . Do not seek pleasure for the sake of pleasure.


Pleasure should not be your north. Living in pursuit of pleasure is not truly living—you sacrifice your present and your future for something that will bring only fleeting satisfaction. Enjoy it when it comes naturally, and let it go when it fades.
